What is the geographical location of the resort, including terrain and gradients?  

Retallack Resort is on an incline throughout.  


What types of adapted holiday homes are available? Are there any modifications and are they suitability for family use?  

We do not have specific accessible properties; however, we have holiday homes that are all on the ground floor.  


What is the level or degree of access within the resort? (Specifically, beach access, lake usage and any provisions the resort may have e.g. ramps)  

All the facilities on resort are accessible. We have ramp, lift or ground level access to all facilities.  


What facilities are available and what is the level of access within those facilities? (E.g. ramps, wider entrances, disabled toilets.)  

We have disabled access (either ramp, lift or ground level access) to all our facilities as well as disabled toilets in The Lookout Bar and Eatery, EYSA Spa and at the Aqua Park.  


Does the swimming pool have a hoist and disabled changing facilities?  

Our indoor swimming pool has disabled changing and shower facilities. The pool does not have a hoist.  


What is the level of lighting around the park?  

We have limited lighting around park, so we recommend bringing a torch when making your way back to your accommodation in the evening.  


Are there disabled parking spaces? If so, where?  

Yes, we have disabled parking spaces at our main car park.
